Guests will be able to enjoy all the modern amenities one expects in a luxury vacation rental. This will feel more like a private home due to its abundant space. The home features a lovely open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you would like to dine in. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all of the items one would need to prepare the perfect meal. There's enough seating in the dining room for the whole family. With 5 bedrooms, there's enough space for all to sleep comfortable.

There is plenty of seating, both at the large dining room table and the kitchen bar – perfect for sharing meals together prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The private splash-pool will provide hours of relaxation as you work on that perfect Florida tan. Free WIFI and a washer and dryer are included.

Storey Lake Resort is located in Kissimmee, very centrally located to attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World, and much more! The resort is well known for its fantastic amenities, which whole family can enjoy at one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando area. The vacation homes located at Storey Lake are less than ten minutes away from Disney.

Getting Around:
Rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.

9.This will be a self-catering house.
