Beautiful property, very nice amenities, and rooms are clean. Was charged more than was advertised and no refund on my deposit even though the room was left in clean condition. A lot of slamming car doors after 11pm, rooms on outside near parking lot are NOT sound proof by a long shot.

Great place for the price and for a quick overnight stay. I had towels that were stained :/ which isn’t amazing. Interacted with limited staff but they were nice and helpful. Salesman for Disney/universal tickets were a bit pushy (mind you we hadn’t even checked in yet) but they have a job to do. 3/5 overall :)

Check in and out was very easy. Staff was very nice and friendly from the front desk, maid service and restaurant. Room was clean and roomy and showers were always nice and hot. Location was close to parks, just a lot of traffic in the area. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The location was so close to the Disney parks, which was the only reason for my trip, so that was great. The hotel did offer a free shuttle, but it wasn’t until after opening for all the parks, which we wanted to be there for open, so we opted for doing Uber trips back and forth. The bathroom in the room was actually perfect. Looked great and was super clean with great water pressure. One downside of the room was that immediately walking in, a strong smell of mildew. Not a fan of that. Overall though, was a good place to stay and had a lot of great places to hang out outside of the room with the chairs and tables and an even a projector with a movie.
