Exceeded our expectation and extebded our stay

Our travels plans were shifted at the last minute so we were planning as we were going and were stunned by this condo. The amenities are great, the pool is heated, the gym is small but has all you need for a good sweat... furthermore the location is close to everything while keeping crowsds at bay. Staff is swift, courteous and communicative on technical issues -in our case the wifi.

The place was clean and nice. Great pool and patio area. Not too crowded.,Night time around the area a little sketchy at night but it’s close to Universal. I would recommend more kitchen utensils and an oven tray to bake food on.

Host performed a bait and switch on my family. Rented a place in Orlando, didnt say anything after receiving payment and moved my reservation to Kissimmee. Spent the entire trip communicating with VRBO and no resolution

We have stayed here multiple times prior. Everything wasin great shape. Cleanliness is tops! Off of I-Drive so it is close to the hustle-bustle but without the noise! Close to Universal.

Spacious and clean

The a/c wasn’t working properly, but they fixed the problem quickly. Rooms were clean and updated. My only suggestion would be to add a keurig and extra bath towels/wash cloths. We enjoyed our stay!
