My room was right in front of the stairs. So, we had the lovely smell of cigarettes. Our key didnt work at first. The next day we left for a day at the parks, came back and my 7yo went to the room first and walked right in. I still had the key, so that was unsettling. The rooms need major upgrades. The entry and stairways were dirty and filled with bugs .. the sheets were stained. The bathroom was super small, the door wasn’t even the size of the doorway so it didn’t close all the way. The shower the glass door was in front of where you turn it on so you have to get in the shower to turn it on and only the shower head was working not the bottom. The only good things was the AC, I was frozen to say the least! Never again! But I guess that’s what I get for $35 a night! Next time I’ll pay the extra and be more comfortable.

They don’t return your deposit!

I never got my deposit back. I stayed for one night and kept the room clean. I did get locked out of my room when I went outside to grab something out of my car. I went to the office to ask for another card and the systems were down and the rep did not know the passwords. I had to wait there a few hours until the rep got ahold of someone. By the time I got a new key it was 6am! This was a bad experience overall. I’m very upset I did not get my depot back after all I went through
