"Clean room, great breakfast, love the 24 seven coffee and tea… just one thing, please don’t announce out loud the guests room number as they’re checking in for safety and security for the guests. Sometimes other guests have nefarious intentions and especially for female guests we don’t appreciate having to always having our back up against the wall, worrying about creeps like that hearing our room numbers set out loud.
Perhaps the check-in staff can just state, “your room number is written on the inside of your key card” I’ve had other hotels do that many times. It’s a much more discreet and safe way for the message to get across when you’re checking in."
