The entire room stunk of old, stale cigarette smoke. The toilet has old feces stains dripping down the underside. I told the front desk first thing in the morning and they assured me it would be cleaned. When I returned in the evening, the toilet had not been cleaned. When I informed the front desk again about the toilet, I brought a photo with me this time, and some poor maintenance man to come clean the feces. He was wonderful and kind and so apologetic. I was grossed out by everything at that point that I just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back. I don’t think it lives up to its 8.2 rating

This property was in a convenient location for our track and field event at ocean breeze. It was clean and room was a good size for the 4 of us. It had free parking which is a plus in NYC. They also had a good continental breakfast

Outside of the hotel smells like marijuana. The rooms also has a faint smell of marijuana. We booked two rooms, both rooms has the same smell. Since it’s legalized, I guess unit should be expected. We had little kids with us so the smell was concerning. The rooms was clean so there’s no complaints there.

Quiet ,clean and no issues .cleaning lady came every two days upon request . mind refrig worked but was leaking inside .overall great experience and would go there again

The room we were given was a handicap room. While I don’t mind that, this room had oddly placed furniture. You had to break your neck to watch TV. We were facing the highway. The noise was endless. And the last thing that was annoying was the constant smell of weed. It couldn’t be escaped. We have stayed here before and didn’t have any issues. If we stay here again, we will ask for a room that isn’t facing the highway and not an handicap room. There aren’t many choices for hotels in the area. This one is one of three that we have stayed at so there aren’t many options.
