Room was nice. No exercise/workout facilities. A bit of a walk to the French Quarter, so keep that in mind if one is planning to visit the Quarter everyday. However, walking is good exercise!

Delightful hotel tucked in the warehouse district just outside the French Quarter has large suites with good size living room and bedroom. Bathroom has large walk-in shower too. Complementary breakfast had lots of choices including a coffee machine that made lattes, espresso and more.

All rooms are suites, not over dscorated ample space to put everything, plenty of seating options in both rooms, bathroom was big, Grey + Finch toiletries in shower and by the sink, i loved them so my i ordered some for my home, there was even a record player and vinyls, hotel decor was very thoughtful and didnt forget the history of such a buildi g but complimented it, the exposed brick and shutters and original elevator. home

The rooms were okay, very dark in the living room with no windows. The sheets were very scratchy. Rooms were clean but a bit tired. The record player was a nice touch. The staff were friendly. Good location between the French Quarter and the Garden District very walkable.
