Solo me quede una noche. Cuando mis hijos y yo estabamos durmiendo un hombre entro de madrugada a nuestra habitacion!!! Fui a quejarme en recepcion y me dijeron que la persona con la que hice el chek in no me registro bien y le dio la llave a otra persona!!! A la 1am nos cambiaron de habitacion. En ambas habitaciones los baños estaban sucios y tapados. La peor experiencia que he tenido en toda mi vida!!! No lo re omiendo ni para pasar unas horas. No se merecen ni 1 estrella 😡

First staff was great. However, next shift front desk man was lazy and didn’t want to work. I had informed him about a person trying to move their car out of the tight parking area in the early morning. I was afraid that they were going to hit my car trying to get out of the spot. He did nothing. Guest should be afraid of parking here, since space is so tight.

We had the worst night in the U.S. — the first room they gave us already had someone in it, the second one had a flooded bathroom floor and mold everywhere, and the third had mold and a broken toilet. Total nightmare!
