The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and large. We didn’t feel like we were climbing over each other. It was a great location steps from bourbon street, a five minute walk to Jackson square. Tons of restaurants and close to attractions. It was a perfect location for the off season between New’s Years (Sugar Bowl) and Mardi Gras- I’m sure during the season, it can be even more perfect- for a location near the action but far enough away. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is adorable. The staff and service were top-notch! Kendra was amazing, super helpful, and always so pleasant to talk with. She made sure my family and I were enjoying ourselves. We didn't swim but the pool area was tranquil. Quiet and nice to sit and have a cup of coffee. The hotel location is also a huge convenience. Just one block from Bourbon St, and just a few minutes walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The food was delicious, huge portions. We would definately stay again.

The staff are wonderful at the property. We were able to check in early and the location is perfect for walking around the French Quarter. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The area is loud (even in the wee hours).. but - that is expected. Would stay here again!

The hotel did not provide a breakfast. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel does have a restaurant and bar inside that has very good food at decent prices. The hotel is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the Hotel St Marie.

I was flying in from California and my flight was coming in a couple hours earier than check in time. I called the day before to see if they could check me in early. I spoke to Kendra and she said she would do her best to get my room ready early but would hold my bags for me if it wasn't. When i arrived Kendra took our bags for us and called us when the room was ready.while we had lunch. She also looked up a second line location for us. When we were looking for a tour to go on she had plenty of suggestions and again looked up places for us to go. Her customer service was amazing. The rest of the staff was friendly and did a great job as well. The room was spacious and had a ton of charm. Very beautiful and we had a balcony overlooking the street. We were very happy with the room. They cleaned and made our beds daily. A lot of places don't do this anymore since covid. The location is half a block from bourbon st in the heart of the French quarter. We loved our stay

Property was nice enough. Big room, but super-small bathroom. You get what you pay for. If you're just looking for a serviceable crash pad in the Quarter, this is your place. If you're looking for amenities and a hotel experience, keep looking. The staff here was super-nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel had extremely courteous staff and a beautiful interior, courtyard, and pool. Our room had a balcony facing the courtyard-it was so nice to have fresh air as an option. The room was cool and clean! The shower had great pressure. And the location was perfect-we walked everywhere!
