It says pet friendly but it was NOT! Dogs bark, or cry when left alone or knocks on the door occur. My puppy was left alone in the room for about 3 hours while my family tried to enjoy a steamboat ride and I was called 2 times being told I can’t leave my pet alone anymore because they were getting complaints and if they get one more we are notified and will be asked to leave the property. If people don’t want to hear dogs bark sometimes then don’t get a pet friendly hotel and if it’s causing issues and you threaten to kick out the guest who has paid over $800 for the room because they have a dog then don’t make your hotel pet friendly when it’s really not.

We’ve stayed at the hotel before for other family trips. It’s around a few food spots and some stores, so getting quick meals is convenient. The staff is friendly and helped me connect to the WiFi with made the night much smoother. Definitely would stay again

Staff was accommodating to a very late arrival. Room was clean when we got there and we got fresh towels and a cleaned bathroom and made bed the Third say we were there. Our room was close to the front desk, breakfast was good
