You will be a 15-minute drive from downtown Nashville, where you can experience the nightlife on Broadway.

Welcome to my beautiful space that offers a truly local and home experience! I am happy to share my entire home for your Nashville experience. It is small (780 sq ft.) but cozy with a big yard. Nestled in the heart of The Nations.

The living area is furnished with a comfy sectional couch, ideal for relaxation or socializing with your friends and family. If you like to feel moody and cozy in a dimly lit room, Bedroom 2/The Dark Academia room is perfect for you. The Dark Academia room is perfect for reading a book and cozy up with a warm drink. Both rooms are equipped with full-sized beds.

Additionally, my space offers convenient amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and washer and dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.

Finally, the property's central location puts you in close proximity to 51st Steet, which has many local businesses and local experiences to be had. Check out my guest guide!

Jennifer was amazing with everything including giving us so recommendations for some local spots to visit. The home was very clean and just as pictured! Jennifer answered all our questions as first time vrbo users and got information for check in to us in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we could comment on was the yard needing to be sprayed because we tried to sit outside one night and with the time of year we had quite a few mosquitos land on us. But over all this wonderful host and her cute home made our trip to Nashville absolutely wonderful!!!
