This 2,800 square feet home will make you feel like you could stay an extra day or two. From front to back, beautiful green shrubberies will keep you in a state of relaxation. Inside you'll find two stories, with a connected balcony on the bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom is on first floor with a two person size walk-in shower & custom built closet.

Industrial style decor complimenting the open kitchen with built in appliances designed for entertaining. Dining room table that seats eight comfortably. All kitchen appliances including a wine cooler.

Big comfy couch and chair in the living room to lounge & watch your latest Netflix addiction, or escape reality while observing the overhead fishes in the 300gal salt water fish tank built into the wall.

Enjoy some fresh air outside on the lanai where you'll find another lounging spot under a fan. Private salt water pool with an option to heat or cool whatever your preference is that day.

In addition to your own personal dock with adrendoik chairs, where you can spend the evening watching the sunset and/or listen to the lions roar from a near by zoo, there is a 8500lb covered boat lift and access to paddle boards kept right on the property.

Grill out at the outdoor pool bar that has an ice maker and mini fridge. Extend the party and roast some marshmallows down by the fire pit. A vacation home you'll never want to leave!
