This newly renovated ocean front condo is absolutely stunning! You’ll have plenty of room in the 3,000 sq. ft. 5 bedroom 4 full bathroom condo. This property (Ocean Blue) maintains a very private & exclusive feel with only 36 units, 12 floors, 3 units per floor. For this reason, the beach has a really private feel to it. This unit is perfect for family reunions, golf outings, summer vacations, holiday celebrations & weddings. Ocean Blue is outfitted with covered garage parking, 24 hr security & security swipe entry for all common doors. You won’t forget the heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river & of course the soft white sand of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean coastline.

This unit’s best feature & what we get the most comments on is the 180 degree sweeping view of the blue ocean waters. Standing in the kitchen, hallway, family room, dining room or master bedroom you will enjoy the floor to ceiling & wall to wall views of the ocean. All you see is water!! Once you hurry out to the 350 sq ft balcony the sand & out door pool can be easily enjoyed with zero blockage. In this masterpiece you will enjoy 7 flat screen TV’s, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, & 2 dishwashers. This condo is beautiful with a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. The condo was large enough to accomendate 14 people, location is great, pools and hot tub clean and property well maintained. The owner, Tom, answered any questions promptly and made our family vacation stay a wonderful experience!! Honestly cant say enough great things about this condo and owner!

Best ocean view

This was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Myrtle Beach. What a lovely condo with lots of space for everyone. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. Tom was very responsive and went above and beyond with area recommendations. The ocean view from the condo was exceptional. We loved watching the storms roll in and spent a lot of quality family time chilling outside on the balcony. The location is not far from Murrells Inlet and the Toasted Turtle next door was great fun!

We loved this property. The hosts were excellent with communication. Condo is on the 8th floor, so stunning beach view. Fully accessible for guest in a power wheelchair. Two refrigerators and dishwashers were great for our large party. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully re-done bathrooms. The second sitting room was good for the kids to do gaming. Door that separated the areas kept it quiet in the main room. Parking was easy to access. Plenty of additional spots for the second car. Free Street parking for the disability vehicle gave us room for three vehicles. The location on the beach was great, other than being near the helicopter tour launch and the annoying, persistent ice cream truck that went by every thirty minutes. This would NOT deter a return to this condo. Highly recommend.

Spacious condo right on oceanfront

The view was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a closet with some chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. We would stay there again.

Great Condo

We planed this trip for 1.5 years and it did not disappoint. The Condo was just what we were looking for as we have a Special Needs Grandson in a wheel chair. Access for him was easy and comfortable. Tom was quick to answer any questions we had before and during the stay. Would recommend this unit highly.

Amazing place to stay!

Tom was super easy to work with and had everything set up for when we arrived in town. The condo was immaculate and what a view! There was enough room for 10 people from 3 families to sleep comfortably. And you are only a few steps to the beach.

This Ocean Blue property is as great as all the photos. Well appointed for a large group (we had 10). Any questions were promptly answer by owner and his recommendations for restaurants were tasty, too. We'd highly recommend it.

Myrtle Beach July 22nd - July 29th 2023

There were no surprises when we entered the condo. Everything was as the description said it was and it was very clean. We had 12 people in our group and never felt crowded in the condo. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens served us well as we cooked most dinners there. We took advantage of both outdoor and indoor pools, plus the lazy river. The owner, Tom, was very nice and very responsive to text messages. Renting was very easy and because of how security works, we felt really safe there. We only had one question about hot water in one shower, but he solved that with a quick text. It was user error. Since there aren't many condos in Ocean Blue, or the surrounding area, the beach and water were never crowded. For future visits to Myrtle Beach, I will be checking with Tom concerning renting his condo again. Our entire group had a great stay.

Girls trip

Each year my cousins and aunts go on a trip to relax and enjoy wach others company. We saw this condo and thought the views looked amazing innthe pictures and when we got there it did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing. We had everything that we needed and more. Anytime I had a questions Thomas was quick to respond. This is a great place to stay, I highly recommend it!

This is a great beach location with a beautiful ocean view. Our WHOLE family was able to spread out, yet have plenty of space for family time together. The balcony was a great place for all of us to hang out on and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.
