Our condo is less than a 10 minute drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, and many other tourist attractions. This apartment offers gorgeous oceanfront views, beach access directly across the street from the complex, outdoor pool, spacious living area, oversized balcony, and so much more!

This apartment is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized balcony with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a King bed, dresser, TV, closet for storage, and access to the master bathroom. The master bath features a standing shower, toilet, vanity, and mirror. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the master bedroom as well.

Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully-stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, spacious cabinetry, sink, stainless steel appliances, full size stove, fridge, freezer, toaster oven, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Just off the kitchen you will also find a small table and chairs.

The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, oversized ottoman, TV, modern decor, and access to the private balcony. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated and the modern decor & furnishings really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

The guest bedroom features a queen bed. Guests will have access to a linen closet for storage, dresser, TV, and window that provides natural light. Guests can easily access the 2nd bathroom that's located just outside of this bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, new vanity, new mirror, and toilet.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic cable and wifi. Additionally, we have recently lowered our cleaning fee from $150 to $120! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Ocean Forest Villas is an oceanfront complex along the Golden Mile and is easily accessible to downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This condo is only a few miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access!
