It does have a great view of the beach and pools are great . It says 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom & 1 living room on the listing and it’s wide open it was fine for 2 adults but if we would have brought our adult daughter it would not have worked so you may want to change the listing INFO

Great location and great view but very small condo. The bathroom door needs to be fixed since could not open all the way. TV channels did not work very well and remote did not work. Huge cockroach on balcony but not inside. Overall it was a nice short stay.

Very clean and nicely decorated just as shown in the photos. The humidity never leaves the room however, just be aware with medications and such. We hit a small snag on departure day, but Jay quickly resolved it for us. Thank you! I would recommend this unit and plan to return again next year at the latest!! Enjoy!

Nice spot for the weekend

Nice spot for a weekend trip for my husband and I. Close to restaurants and other activities in the area. Beach access was perfect and the pools were nice too. View wasn't as great as the listing photos as they are building a new pier not shown in the listing photos, but other than that it was nice.

Great place to stay. The resort had several amenities. Pools were great when you don't want to do the sand. There was a small Starbucks downstairs. Free parking garage across the street.

Condo was beautifully decorated with a beachy theme making it inviting and beachy feeling. Patio furniture was spot on. Loved the overall establishment and location. This was my second stay and we will stay again.

Beautiful room and great service!

The property is beautiful and the room was super clean and smelled great! We missplaced our keys to our vehicle while out with friends so panicked and lost track of time so the entry code expired with out bags still inside. One quick call and we were back inside and found our keys after re-tracing our trips. Highly recommended with great communication!

I will be back!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. The room was clean, festive and convenient with a great ocean view. Some of the things I enjoyed the most was how quick it was to get to the tourist attractions, indoor and outdoor pools, hammocks by the beach, outdoor bar by the pool, Starbucks in the resort, resort was easy to navigate, beach was not crowded, restaurant onsite. This is a very dog friendly resort.

Great condo for two

Perfect little condo for a couples get away. Exactly as described by the host. Beautiful view of the ocean, the balcony is slightly off facing so you don't get all of the wind coming down the beach but it doesn't obstruct the view at all. The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs were clean and there were plenty of pool chairs. The resort staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchenette had everything we could've ever needed. The bathroom is a tiny bit snug, but it's big enough to do what you need to do and there's plenty of hot water. If you're looking for a beach front condo on a budget but don't want to get stuck with something nasty or sketchy this place is PERFECT!! We're definitely keeping this resort in mind the next time we want to take a trip to Myrtle Beach.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Jay was great, let us check in an hour early, and sent us thorough and clear instructions well ahead of our stay. The view was gorgeous and the property was as described. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Excellent View

We spent so much of our time on the balcony as we didnt feel the need to go to beach for the view, we had a better view on balcony, although for sunrise it is amazing to go down to the beach and enjoy the cool sand in your toes and watch the warmth of the sun come up with our fur babies. Unfortunately one of my fur babies became quite ill, but she still enjoyed chasing the waves and walking the sandy beach. Jay was great at returning my numerous messages. I would just recommend a couple of things, the room could use just a little paint touch up in places, it is showing some age, but that we all do anyways right! Would love to return soon
