Our hotel room had no hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues. All left empty bottles/boxes upon arrival. Things were semi clean, toilet needed cleaning and the curtains were stained. Staff was nice.. price was good so didn’t expect anything fancy just wish they could have stocked things before they checked us in

I would never stay in this hotel again. I had to ask for a room change on the first day. Room had a bad smell, sheets were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned. Phones were not working. I called front desk from my cell to come and take a look. I was moved to another room that the bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Tub was clogged. I had to call them to come and fix it. It was so Unhygienic to stay. I had no choice at the time since my husband was in ICU that hotel was closes to the hospital.

I was *not* happy with this hotel. Do not stay here. There was dust on the coffee maker, & the cushions on the sofa bed had the foam stuffing coming out of them. The cover was off the air cond, & it was covered in greasy dirt that someone had swiped through in an attempt to clean it. The flooring was coming away from the baseboard near the door. There was no bedding for the sofa bed even though the reservation was for 3 persons. There was only one person on duty - the front desk clerk. There wasn't any housekeeping staff on duty, so the front desk person had to go retrieve bedding for us. At least the bathroom was acceptable.There was another guest @ front desk waiting for his refund because his first room had feces in the toilet, & the second had dirty water & used bar of soap in bathtub. Ugh.

Outdated & not cleaned well

Outdated property & ok for one night stay. Room was not cleaned well from previous stay. Bathtub had hairs all over it, floor was sticky & dirty. Shampoo/body wash bottles were empty. Fridge was not plugged in. Toilet was clogged. Front desk service was friendly & tried their best to handle things. We tipped housekeeper but they don't really deserve it.

Run down and poorly maintained

The gentleman at check in was amazing. Super friendly and great personality. Location of the hotel was great. Other than those two things, I don’t have anything good to say. The condition of our room was terrible from paint falling off the walls, ripped up draperies, dirty toilet which was so loud when it flushed, poor condition of bathroom tile and plumbing fixtures, thin walls which meant we heard everything from other other rooms. This hotel needs a serious overhaul. Too much deferred maintenance.

Should be a little Cleaner more equipped with towels, soaps, toilet paper, proper running refrigerators. Located decent between freeway and cannery row. However if you’re looking for any views wouldn’t recommend. And construction and traffic noise

Beautiful Location, but needs some work

The check-in process was smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location of this property was excellent really. However, the descriptions dont really match. The restaurant on property wasn't open. They advertised breakfast but they just have a few pastries available. The hot tub was out of service as well. The beds were also really uncomfortable and the pillows were exceptionally flat.

The building and rooms are very old and out dated looking. They need to upgrade and renovate the whole building. They do not have elevators to go up to the other floors and we had luggage on wheels with us too. The gym was nice but needs more equipment.

We arrived and were given a room that apparently we shouldn’t have been given. As soon as we used the toilet (with just pee) and flushed, it began overflowing from the bottom and the top. As soon as we told the front desk they switched us to another room with a working toilet. The new toilet door, however, was an above barn house style roller with no below attachment and didn’t close for privacy. ***Many of the plug outlets were cracked and smoldered burnt and sticking out of the floors & walls, a big fire hazard noticed in the rooms and in the gym. * The second room we were given had a door attached that could open to the room next door, with just a few flimsy bolts holding the lock in place. The loud alarm clock in our room had been previously set from the last guests to 6am which we didn’t check before falling asleep so it abruptly woke us. The next morning, right outside of our window we saw a man dump a disabled homeless woman out of his car onto the lawn and he sped his car to drive off. Non emergency response came to talk to her and it looked like she declined their services. We went outside and she asked my boyfriend to help pick her up from the ground which he did, she was able to walk OK mainly couldn’t get up and down off the ground by herself, she told us that was her “boyfriend” who quite literally dumped her laying onto the lawn, she then walked to the gas station attached to the parking lot, it was a disturbing situation. No screens or handle on windows.

Booked based on pictures, the reality of the place was a different one. We stayed in the basement floor, smell humid , walkways were dirty my wife felt unsafe. Main reason I booked was to use “meeting room” which was full of “trash and tiles “ front desk reported and unable to use.

The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty clean, updated and linens were spotless. The picture of the fitness center is not accurate. The cable machine only had two attachments and most of the free weights were gone. No towels or wipes for the equipment available. The TV in the room barely worked amd had terrible sound.
