Staff was nice. Lobby was nice. Rooms were ok. Grounds are sketchy. The outside doors to get into the hallway rooms are not locked and left wide open at all hours exposing the room doors to anyone who wandered through the sketchy parking lot. Rooms dis not keep out cigarette and pot smoke that came feom outside or inside the rooms in the hall.

The room was clean and met our needs for a short stay. The hotel is older and shows its age a bit, but it’s generally well-kept. Noise from the hallway, nearby rooms, and traffic was noticeable at times, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. The pillows could be improved as well - or bring your own.

The room was mildly clean, but we did not receive room service for the two nights and three days we were there. When we requested room service to clean the room while we were out and about the manager, which was a lady with black hair was very rude about cleaning.
