The biggest problem we had was that we use pedal extensions to drive and the parking staff would not valet park our car unless we removed the extensions and they would not let us park ourselves.

Great location, lots of restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf within walking distance. Surprised to find no glasses in room and paper cups for coffee.

I Love the location! It's super convenient and close to everything that we wanted to see. Made multiple calls from our room for much needed shampoo and no one picked up. I had to walk down looking for a gift shop but there was none and the front desk lady was kind and helpful enough to make a bag of things I needed to shower with by 4 people. Overall, we felt relaxed and comfy.

just stayed 1 night passing though hotel stay was excellent way above expectations. room wasn't ready until around 5:00 pm so we had to check our bags. Overall room was just fair but workout facility was very nice with plenty of equipment.

Hotel near major attractions.

Cons: Under renovation.
Location: Wharf, cannery row, aquarium, restaurants.
Convenient location to restaurants and tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Easy to find. Access to highway easy.

Great location, Excellent Staff

This is a great hotel, located within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and the MST trolley pickup is across the street and takes you to Cannery Row. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We normally don't do Valet but self parking was three blocks away, however your within walking distance to many things so we felt valet was worth the extra cost. Next time we stay here I will request queen beds as the double beds were a little snug for our family. Otherwise we look forward to staying at this hotel again and I would say that this is the best Marriott hotel I have stayed at by far. Also, Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby and full Starbucks coffee shop right across the street.
