"This hotel fits our need for a clean, comfortable and convenient stop when we are in San Diego. The staff is accommodating and our room was pleasant and roomy. We have stayed here previously and this was by far our best experience with a large accessible room. We unloaded the car directly into our room. Most hotels in this part of Mission Valley charge daily for parking as does this one. The rate here was a little less than others. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was gone. It was a convenient amenity."

"I booked a room for my elderly grandfather and tried to change the reservation into his name. I wasted my lunch break going to the hotel in person and was advised I had to do this in person because I booked through a third party. So ridiculous. My grandpa still had difficulty checking in. I am super disappointed and won't book my grandpa at Kings Inn again. It's disappointing. Don't hide behind the fact that I booked through a third party just to be difficult. Maybe offer better prices through your own website and people would book through you directly."

They will ticket or tow your car if you don’t give them 40$ … just ridiculous in my opinion … "
