"Room was perfectly fine and very clean and the view was really nice. The bridge to Petco Park is amazing and really the reason you would stay here unless here for a conference. My only knock in star ratings is really due to the lady at check in who wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t ready until 4 which is never ideal but fine, I asked if any rooms were ready and she said no, fully sold out and there were no changes allowed. No problem, just thought she was a little rude through the process. Never mentioned parking was $70 per night and The bartender told me I should have gotten 2 drink tickets per night at check in which I never received. Overall, I wouldn’t skip this place, I may have just gotten someone at check-in having a bad day. "

"There was lots of homeless around the property. The roof top pool was warm but the food was over price in my opinion. I was afraid of walking outside at daytime but at nighttime i felt more safer because theres more people. I didnt like how the queen size room had glass wall. There was no privacy lol. You can hear every sound lol"
