I liked the key cards that used a tap for entry and I appreciated the destination floor elevators. The continental breakfast was worth paying for; the staff and food were excellent, and the liberal hours that it operated added to my feeling of "being taken care of". I give this hotel a "ttwo thumbs up" rating.

Room was not ready at 4:45 PM. Clerk gave us a room and key and said it would be 20 minutes. Went back 35 mins later clerk did not know what to do. Finally another clerk was able to give us another room. All because they could not clean the room since someone abandoned a bag in the original room. First clerk should have known this and known how to deal with it. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not stay at DoubleTree again.

Upgraded "balcony" is about large enough for one person to stand vertical, door mechanism for the balcony was tricky. Not something you'll use. Great view of freeway. VERY, VERY loud. I've stayed at other hotels on this freeway and this has by far the thinnest glass, almost impossible to sleep. I booked a different hotel for the next day.

Excellent stay!! With this hotel staff and Room was very comfortable and beautiful place to relaxing and family fun , pool and work out room as well. The indoor pool .
