We called and asked for extra towels if they can be brought up or if we can go get them and they told us no they would bring them up. 40 minutes go by and still no one has came, called again and no one picked up the phone so we had to get the towels which would’ve been easier than being told it would be brought i us and making us wait longer just to get it ourselves anyway. Then our toilet would not flush it was making weird noise in the night and stopped working.

My room (241) was a little older and definitely in need of a deep cleaning, when the shower was in use, the pipes made some very loud noises ( could not even sleep when in use) in fact, the noise could even be heard down the hall, also the ice machine was not working properly. I was only able to fill up half of my ice cup, also would it hurt to put up at least one or two american flags in the lobby area to show some respect to our men and women in the military and to the way men and women who have lost their lives for us to have ALL the freedoms that we do in this country, frankly, it's kind of ridiculous.

Great except you have to pay for parking.

It was a beautiful room. The only thing I didn’t like was to pay for parking. It is next to a vacant lot that made me a little nervous and on top of that I had to pay for parking. Nah!

Not in good condition. Took 6 hrs to get plunger after calling 5times. We plunged our own toilet after all that! Also our room keys quit working and apparently that was normal. Breakfast was horrible-should have less selection but quality food. Powdered eggs n microwave sausage sucked! Would not go back again or recommend to anyone!!

Great spot!

The property was quiet and spacious, they offered a lot of amenities including the gym and pool. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, if we could have we would’ve extended it for another day or two. Great place to stay when vacationing in San Diego.
