A bit rundown

There were no hot water at night, but there was hot water in the morning. This happened 2 nights in a row during our stay. Also, beware that the parking fee is $37/night. The property is also a bit rundown, and the there was some stain on the towels. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property to anybody.

The rooms were dusty it seems only towels and wash clothes was change as well as garbage thrown out. Front desk didn’t explain about parking the restaurant stated the kitchen was closed from 9pm which seem rather early especially when you travelling all day.

The Hilton

I arrived 15 minutes before my check-in time. The front desk staff was kind enough to check if my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice room to stay.

Good and nice hotel. Friendly staff and good pool and hottub. Most shops not walking distance. Love the restaurant and access to microwave. Theres market place in lobby you can buy drinks and snacks which is a plus.

Hilton Mission Valley

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to poor customer service. The room was extremely cold, and the heater was not functioning. Despite multiple attempts to contact staff, no one responded or addressed the issue. Additionally, there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and the furniture was in poor condition, with visible stains on the sofa. this experience has left me reconsidering staying at Hilton properties in the U.S. in the future.

Rooms were great! What I didn’t like was a high parking fee of $37 per night, that I have never come across in other Hilton hotels. That came upto $74 total as we stayed for two nights. This was something I had not expected. Although the fees was mentioned under the rules and regulations on Expedia App but I found it unreasonably high. Also no complimentary water was given, the water from the water filling station tasted weird. Other than that room was good, housekeeping was great! Checkin checkout were smooth as well.

Paid extra for higher floor but I guess higher floor doesn't necessarily mean nicer room. The shower door did not shut, it would open and soak the bath mat. The floor tile was cracked near entrance into living area. The elevator button panels were dirty on multiple floors for days and I alerted reception but their response was that it would get cleaned in couple of days. Construction was happening on high floors so noise was occurring from 7am through late afternoon. Some areas of the parking garage smelled of urine. Just nasty.
