Stay was not of good value. For the cost the hotel had very limited amenities (no pool, gathering space, small gym). I also was put in a room right next to the elevator, and there was a compressor of some sort intermittently going off all day, and yes, through the evening too. Had terrible nights of sleep because of it. Rooms were also small for what they charged.

Not so good coffee in Mount Pleasant.

Room was nice for the price. Comfortable and quiet. The only thing that we did not like was the coffee during breakfast. We tried it two days in a row but it was undrinkable. Mini waffles were delicious.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We had requested an early check-in due to an afternoon meeting, and they were more than willing to help. While they couldn’t guarantee anything right away, they assured us they would do their best—and they followed through. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made us feel genuinely welcome. Another highlight was the complimentary breakfast. It far exceeded our expectations and was a noticeable step above the typical hotel breakfast spread—fresh, well-stocked, and with a great variety of options. Overall, the staff’s hospitality and attention to detail really made a difference in our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
