"I stayed there on a Saturday night, after a wedding. Rooms had no AC, was told I would be refunded 50% of my stay and I was never refunded, have been going back and forth for a week. When I asked for a fan, they gave me a desk top fan that barely did anything. If I had time before the wedding to book elsewhere, I would have. My room was 96 degrees."

"Had a five night reservation made months in advanced. Absolute disaster. They overbooked and understaffed and had no room for us, we were left stranded after 2 days of travel. Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable."

"Extremely dirty, sketchy, and overbooked. My room had a broken door that needed to be lifted up and wedged into the door frame in order for it to close. The sinks were filthy, the refrigerator was broken, and one of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Expedia is at fault for overbooking, which meant I had to accept the only room available despite its flaws. I also didn’t feel safe at all and would have gone elsewhere if there was a single room nearby open… there was not. Please never stay here."
