AARON BOWER AND HIS STAYING UNTIL 1:00 CAME UP ON HER AGENDA COINCIDENTALLY. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHE DOESNT REALIZE SHES A FAMILIAR FACE. SO PLEASE FIND BETTER HELP BECAUSE SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. CALLED THE POLICE FOR NO REASON BC I WAS TRYING TO GET THEM TO CHANGE MY ROOM. SHE LIED AND STILL HAS ME BOOKED. SHE STILL HASNT GIVEN ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. IT DOESNT GO THROUGH EXPEDIA. I USED A DIFFERENT CARD THERE THATS WHY THEY HAD TO BOOK IT THERE AND I GOT ONE DEPOSIT BACK FROM LAST NIGHT AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GIVING IT BACK AND HAS LIED TWICE. SHE DIDNT PUT MY HONORS MEMBER NUMBER IN LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD DO. SO ILL CALL CORPORATE AND THE OWNER OWNERS LIKE HILTON, I WORKED WITH THE SISTER OF THE ONE WHO DOES THEIR HAIR. FYI. GOOD LUCK.
