The room was clean and at the end of the hall. I liked that. I had a balcony overlooking the pool. But the bar music at night was a bit louder, especially the bass than I would have liked. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

I was just looking for a room with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. This provided what I needed. I had a balcony overlooking the pool area which was nice. However, the music from the bar was quite loud and I could feel/hear the bass more than I would have liked.

Clean, wonderful staff in all areas, food was great and so were the drinks. Had dinner in Sand Bar and breakfast in Black Fin restaurants. Both outstanding. Tanya at the Black Fin was a rock star. Room in resort was clean and perfect. Made for a wonderful stay.

This was a frustrating stay. The walls are so thin that there is absolutely no privacy; noise from neighboring rooms carries through constantly. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no attempt to accommodate concerns or make the experience better. I would not recommend staying here.
