The room was disgusting at best. If you need a handicap accessible room don’t book here. I think they remodeled the regular rooms but left the accessible rooms as is. The room was dirty, toilet seat was broken and the outlets looked like they had a fire or a fire was going to start if anything was plugged in. Room service if you can call them that left the room door wide open and made excuses as to why it was open. Never will stay here again!

Some of the walls were a bit dirty but the room is mostly clean and a bit bigger than expect and we had a great ocean and city view and we were close to the beach.

Parking is very tight. $40 extra per day. Beach access was nice but they never had towels we always had to walk back to the pool and get them. Both rooms we had for the 4 nights were not up to par. Slider and room door were both damaged in one room. The other room coffee maker quit working. The housekeeper forgot towels in our rooms multiple times. Front desk lady was very rude to another guest trying to replace his room key. All and all this stay was below 1 star.

When tried to communicate with management for a refund, they ignored my calls after initially telling me to call back in the morning. I was scheduled for a five nights stay and I stayed one night.
