Marcos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet. Loved the beautiful modern design. The rooftop patio was one of our fav hangouts.

All of the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is across the street from a park with both walking & biking trails, as well as across from the beach. It was great to have bikes available to borrow. Beach towels and bottled water were readily available. Repairs on a broken bureau drawer and the lock on the door to the balcony were fixed. I had expected a restaurant on site, but it won’t be open for a couple more weeks. The breakfast (included in price) was adequate. I recommend this hotel.

We were very very happy here! Very clean, very comfortable and very, ver pleasant staff. It’s NOT a party hotel which is amazing for us. It’s also a bit more generous amount of space for south beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Didn't like that when I booked it showed penthouse and instead we got a first floor and manager didn't do anything to fix mistake. Also breakfast is motel like. Stuff of younger people is good though.

Fantastic views from rooftop and excellent staff. Clean rooms and very convenient access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was lacking a bit but otherwise a great place to call home away from home.

Solid hotel in South Beach

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. Location was great. Overall property had a lot of charm. Not the most eco-friendly - couldn't find a recycling bin in the room or instructions about how to keep using same towels. Would have been nice if the pool was heated and if the hot tub stayed open after sunset.

Great location and an incredible staff

We had a 5 night stay and enjoyed it immensely. You cant find a better, friendlier staff and the location is superb. Their new bar/restaurant will be open soon too. Highly recommend!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The entrance was hard to find. The King bedroom with an ocean view was the perfect size for one person. I wish the windows were cleaner so I could’ve enjoyed the ocean view better. The pool and sun deck were a big plus.

Not as advertised. Under construction, no restaurant, no view.....I want my money back. Other people were lined up at check in complaining. We should have never checked in.

It’s was noisy and uncomfortable. Expedia promised an upper level bedroom which we didn’t get. We were placed on the 2nd floor and it was extremely difficult to sleep, due to being on the lower level, hearing every single vehicle passing by and people conversations as they walk by. So we left. We cut our stay short . I wish I could have my money back Expedia and Bentley Hotel.

It took 45 minutes to get my car from the valet each time I needed it. The property should disclose it is under construction and the lobby is closed. The elevator....yes there is only one for guests is awful. Get ready to wait for a while.
