Our apartment sits in a lively neighborhood filled with nightlife and street energy. It’s great for adults, but might be too noisy or busy for little ones.



🔊 Heads Up on Noise:

You might hear music or people from nearby spots — it’s part of the city vibe. We’ve taken steps to minimize this, but occasional sounds may occur.



📋 House Rules:

▶ We provide towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper at check-in. Please bring extras if needed.

▶ No unregistered guests allowed. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund.

▶ Guests must be 21 or older.

▶ No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. Violations will lead to eviction without refund.

▶ No smoking indoors. A $250 fee applies if smoke is detected.

▶ Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 11 AM. Late checkout = $100/hour (unless approved in advance).
