We had two nights - for a late night airport pick up then to attend the Oasis concert, excellent room, comfortable bed. On arrival we checked QR code provided in our room for the hotel breakfast service, this advised quite clearly that breakfast on Saturday and Sunday finished at 10:30 am, after a very late night we arrived at the restaurant 10;00 am and were advised breakfast had finished and finished every day at 10:00 AM, as such we missed breakfast. We were not offered any other option.

We were greeted and treated well during our check in process. Our baggage claim was delayed so we arrived at the hotel very late. We were given a late check out and was promised to be accommodated further extension if needed but the staff the next day was not accommodating with our request. The day reception was also callous regarding our luggage and assigned the lady receptionist to assist with our luggage. I personally thought was very poor management. Regardless, the buffet breakfast was great. The breakfast chef was very sensitive to our needs with assisting us to warm our croissant and delivered to our table. The waitress that morning was also exceptional. She made good coffee and hot chocolates for us (despite not having marshmallows) her decorum was intact. I asked for a lighter and was sourced one. The little things really matter. Our room was clean and well set up for our family’s very tiring day. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next stay.

The room was great , however Hot water for a Shower is required the hot water was not even luke warm. A cold shower after a log day does not leave a good impression I was travelling with a colleague who also had a cold shower several floors apart !

The staff were very nice starting with Danny the shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport. Our room was very quiet even though we were close to the highway. Being close to shops was very convenient and in walking distance.
