It's great to have at least a microwave in the room, however it would be really helpful to have additonal cutlery fitting for chopping, a bread board and a microwavable salad bowl, at the very least. I did call beforehand and was told that there were all the utensils I needed. It didn't. also, strangely, even though I kept my towels off the floor and on the racks, your housekeepers kept replacing them each day!

Hotel room clean service was disgusting . Beds barely made , dishes /cups all left as used . They said on our complaint it was eco friendly cleaning and a public holiday to which we reminded them the tariff being triple the normal. The foyer was rampaged one night by a disgruntled person . A very spartan area, no commodities in close proximity, public transport, 711 , coffee shop etc Very long walk from southern cross station

The hotel was close to where I wanted to visit, the amenities were clean and basic. There was limited ppwerpoints, and a USB charging point would have been good. The room card wouldn't open the front glass doors the first night but thankfully worked after. Buffet breakfast was fine, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had gluten free Cornflakes! Overall the stay was pleasant, warm and comfortable
