Stay was average overall, room was certainly not clean by any means. Food in the sink, oven was dirty, floor in the kitchen was sticky. Staff member who greeted us during check in was excellent, another lady from reception however was quite lacking in the customer service department, quite blunt and rude. Free wifi (as advertised) does not exist, entered the room number and last name and didn’t show up to connect to. Room was booked for 4 guests, only 2 towels supplied. I think there are better hotels in the vicinity worth choosing over this place.

Dirty rooms Rooms need a good vacuum and scrub bleach needs to be used in the bathroom bathroom. The whole apartment feels grotty. The apartment is in a good location. That’s all it really has going for it.

We actually had three separate rooms booked and found them all to be dirty one was gross with dust, line and hairs all over the lounge and bedrooms . The whole unit needed good stub and bleach to clean the bathroom totally unacceptable. Location was great

The cleanliness was definitely well below average or a standard that could be considered acceptable. The property needs a good bleach mop and good vacuum with filters changed. The property smells dirty. Feels dirty. Definitely could not recommend this place without a complete overall cleaning system. The hotel was well located and we laid out unfortunately that cleaning is less than desirable

The staff are brilliant at this hotel. The facilities in the apartments are fantastic - full size fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Level 55 seating space is such a unique feature - epic views and nice quiet spot to relax or catch up on emails. There are so many delicious restaurants of varying cost options within walking distance. Always stay here when I travel to Melbourne.

Quick family overnighter

We were only here for a quick overnight visit mid kids soccer tournament but everything was fantastic. Late check in and 24/7 front desk allowed us to arrive a bit later than usual. Rooms were clean, quite spacious, plenty of room for 3 kids.

Arrived early. Got the option to upgrade to a better room but had to pay the extra. Windows were dirty so couldn’t take nice pics Foxtel did not work and needed to get maintenance up to fix a few things during our stay (windows would not close). Staff we lovely. The accommodation was lovely. Beds were comfortable Games room and pool area was a nice area. Level 55 offered great views where visitors can just go to and relax

Specifically booked this accomodation as it had a pool, on check in was told the pool was closed and not able to be used. No discount for not being able to access all offered facilities when making the booking. Couldn’t access tv channels, wifi quality was poor, pointless using it, cleanliness was average, shower head in ensuite bathroom was damaged and spraying water in wrong direction, water from shower leaking through back wall making the carpet in the bedroom wet and smelly. I would not reccomend
