We stayed at the Novotel for just 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable, all staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, good location and within walking distance to CBD and all shops. Parking was a little hard to find and valet parking is expensive $64 per night, but managed to get the 1 spot available at the front of the hotel to unload our bags. Overall, very good experience. Would recommend.

We had use lift to get to level 3 then use another one to get to our room. Pool was very small Aircon was making noise Bathroom lights were orange I Couldn’t see anything to put on my makeup The room wasn’t clean
