Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with all the immensities, great massages at the spa and pool/sauna facilities. Room service food was actually very nice (usually find it isn’t at hotels) Huge variety at breakfast and good coffee. Only thing is the beds weren’t as comfy as would have expected!

Loved our beautiful room and view of the river. The hotel's location in Southbank made it a perfect hub for walking and exploring the central business district. All the staff there were wonderful. Hotel building and food areas impressive. Guest receptionist was unhelpful when asked for information about internal up coming mother day event and very dismissive when indicated that although as quiet room was contracted and prior to check-in confirmed a noise room was supplied next to lift with public disturbance pluse lift mechanical operating noise sand constant metallic banging of probable mechanical faults such a lift shat badly maintained fixtures.
