A luxurious and peaceful city escape

I absolutely loved my stay at The Langham Melbourne. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating! The room itself was beautiful: elegant, spacious, and spotless, with the most stunning views over the river and city. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and every detail in the room felt thoughtful and high quality. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Not to mention the great location! I look forward to returning again soon.

Really nice hotel for a weekend stay in Melbourne. Used a roller bed for adult daughter that was quite hard and not very comfortable. Service very good and aria bar drinks were very generous. Would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointed. Terrible service. We were asked at checkout if we enjoyed our stay, my Husband replied no, we’ve decided to check out early and was completely ignored. No apology or further questioning as to what the issues were. Room was good, clean but that was it. Bond not properly refunded and were changed $55 for a roll out bed for the night after we checked out. Emailed the hotel but still no response 5 days later and we remain out of pocket. Cannot call themselves a 5 star hotel.
