The hotel is very close to public trams. With in walking distance to cafes. Walking distance to the casino and south bank. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size.

Hybrid flooring was vacumed not mopped. Our feet were not clean without socks or thongs. Also very noisy as I believe the 11th floor is beside the aircon motors. Did mention the noise to staff who pretended like they didn't know what we were talking about but said they would look into it. Never heard from them again.
