Overall property was good. Did find the crockery and cutlery was a little lacking. Also the water wasn’t very hot so had couple of luke warm showers.

Enjoyable stay

Great location! Some noise from train but only if you’re a very light sleeper. Would have liked beach towels. Short walk to casino river district and to catch tram to beach. Decent walk to queen Victoria Market and mall.

Brady apartment

Easy to reach location, tram in front of the hotel is handy, rooms are spacious, the chair for writing table was broken but we didn't seat on it. 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms , super convenient, swimming pool looks tempting but we didn't get a chance to swim

I have been in many hotels. This one had everything I needed and the staff were friendly. I felt safe and everything was just a walk away if I needed. There were no noise from other people staying in the hotel. I could also UBER and the hotel was easy to find.

Clean and large one bedroom apartment, great for 5 nights. The kitchen and bathroom do need an update but overall lovely place to stay. My room was at the back of the building, so I didn’t have any noise issues as others mentioned with the trams and cars. Reception staff were super nice. The area is a bit sketchy, but you are near southern cross and flinders street station. Good value and I really appreciated the washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
