Very impressed with cleanliness and size of property

I stayed at Matt's property for 2 weeks. I have only good things to say about my stay . Very clean and spacious property. The views from the balconies are amazing. I captured many beautiful photos of the beautiful city and landscape . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare any food . Everything was need and in good working condition. The bathroom was clean and had nice shower . Towels and toiletries were supplied by the property. When I wasn't touring I was relaxing in 1 of the rooms all with air conditioning and cable TV. There are so many nearby attractions. Like shopping malls, museums and big grocery market. I definitely recommend this property to anyone want a luxury at a good price . I will be renting this property on my next visit.

Great place to stay and spoil yourself

I stayed at Matts over Christmas with my family and found it to be extremely enjoyable and incredibly convenient so much so that I just had to extend my stay an extra night. The two story unit is very spacious and nicely furnished and equipped creating a pleasant and luxurious ambience. Having everything you could possibly need at your fingers tips you couldn't find a better location. Matt is a great host, friendly, easily accessible and responsive in a timely manner to any issues or queries. Grace was onsite and also very friendly and helpful responding quickly to any questions. Overall I would rate Matts home as 5 star as it is faultless and no matter the reason for your stay you wont be disappointed as it has all the bases covered.
