The experience and location was excellent in general. If i would have anything to say as of needing improvement, it would be the shuttle service to the airport. I think it has to be communicated somewhere the exact travel time since its going to the airport and peoples preconception is that it would leave the hotel and go straight there. All the passengers including myself when we took the shuttle were a little worried about making it on time because of the stops it took and the driver having to wait at those stops. It was to the other hotels. In my case the marriot. We had to wait for 10-15 mins, but no one arrived. It was fine, but because we were not informed in advanced, one of the passengers asked the driver why were we stopping and sounded impolite. She was just worried that we would be there for a while and be in danger of missing our flights. Her asking showed me that i was not the only one who had no idea of these scheduled stops or assumed the shuttles traveling time. Thats it. Besides that, everything was more than excellent. Would stay again and recommend the hilton to anyone.
