Not sure where to start. Building 2 needs to have all the HVAC replaced in the rooms. It seems like they are using a “swap cooler” type system in the rooms. We had a group of people that went and we were all in building 2. All our rooms smelled like moldy wet rags. Bed sheets felt wet. Anything “paper” was more like a wet rag. Smell was downright overwhelming. Also beware that the property is under construction. Jack hammers all day long. I asked for a room upgrade and they only wanted to put me in one of the buildings that was under construction. Not much of an upgrade. So we passed. I will say the food was pretty good. Although they must have rolled out a new menu. The staff was pretty lost and cook times were very long too. 45min to an hour. Pool staff was okay, but they had a habit of disappearing for an hour or so at times. We’ve been to Cabo many, many times over the years, and found this place to be too far from town. It’s quite the walk. Just and FYI…there are 3 properties together. They do have a trolly that takes you between them all. However the “all inclusive” does not apply to the other resorts. We were even told that we could not the pools and deck chairs. All and all this place is probably fine for some folks. It’s just not what we are used to.
