The hotel was okay. It was a nice area and close to restaurants and the tube. As a solo traveller I didn’t like that the staff kept announcing everyone’s room number. Also, besides the manager and the amazing breakfast staff, the hotel staff seemed generally irritated at my presence — It seemed like it was such an inconvenience to talk to me every time.

We enjoyed our stay at The Princes Square Hotel, the rooms were a good size for a 2 night stay. They had all we need. The staff were limited with conversation and the night could be a bit loud with doors banging as they don’t shut quietly. Overall we had a good stay and would return if needed to stay in that part of London.

Originally assigned to a subterranean level room, which was not agreeable. But staff upgraded us the next night to an upper floor at no additional charge, which was much appreciated. Nice hotel and location. Just be sure to confirm room location beforehand.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. The staff are lovely and really friendly and it is in a very good location for both the tube and the bus and also near local facilities. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Princes Sq, perfect for a friends trip to London, clean and comfortable and in a great neighborhood . The only thing that I missed was having some kind of refreshments in the lobby water, tea or coffee . Just a water cooler on the lower level

The staff was super friendly, the bathroom was newly renovated, although i can hear construction noises first thing in the morning and the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors. Location is amazing though, so i highly recommend this hotel.

The Princes Square Hotel is a non-descript quaint English hotel on a quiet winding street, It is a short walking distance to two Tube lines and buses located on a lively street filled with restaurants and grocery stores . Twenty-four hour front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts offer a buffet of breads, juices, cold cereals and a self-serve coffee/cappuccino machine; along with a menu of cooked breakfasts. My room for one was small but contained everything I needed for a very comfortable stay (though I did have to have my midnight snacks in bed.). I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I was hoping to find a hotel that was safe, clean and in a convenient location in London. Princes Square Hotel certainly met these expectations and did not disappoint! The hotel is a short 5-min walk to Bayswater tube station, in a pretty and quaint area. I felt safe walking back to the hotel later at night, and the front desk was always staffed. The high street is a short stroll away and has everything you need. Guillam House nearby has excellent coffee - the best I’ve tasted in the UK so far. One caveat was that I initially booked a double standard room for 3 nights. The room was clean, newly renovated, and cosy. However, it was near a fire door in the hallway that was extremely loud when people came in and out of it. This prevented me sleeping from about 6am onwards on the first night. HOWEVER, when I told reception they immediately upgraded me to another room with no questions asked. My second room, the superior double, was lovely - spacious and clean, with a lovely outlook. It was perfect! The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return to this hotel if in the area again.

Conveniently located but there are no things like places t get a cold drink or refrigerator in room to put water and drinks. A/c didn’t work well and was very hot and they claimed to have no fans. Maid washed glasses in the sink without soap and put them back out. When we had them book cabs, they did not use black cab and our charges were at least double what they should have been.
