Best location in Mayfair. We were so happy with our accommodation and the staff is exemplary. So professional, helpful and very friendly. We will be back and have found a new home away from home in London. The Manager and Concierge could not be better.

Room nice and cozy. Loved the Penhaligons toiletries. Only downside was the communication and the small details which were overlooked. I requested earlt check in, did not get a reply. I arrived at 1pm, and eas told room was not ready. We had a prior engagement and so left bags with the management and came bavk at the scheduled 3pm check in time only to have to wait 45 minutes before the room was ready. For a 5 star establishment, this should not have occured and communication should be more efficient. Also i would suggest that if breakfast is included in the price, it should be the full breakfast and not just continental breakfast, albeit the pastries were to die for. Great location.

Stayed during a reception at Buckingham Palace. Room was incredibly small and cramped. Drinks were overpriced. One can only wonder as to the reason for this hotels 5* rating. I’ve stayed in many other hotels that offer much more for much less. View looked on to service shaft, an upgrade believe it or not. You’re paying for the location here, but a premier inn could be a better choice for what you end up getting.
