This was my second trip to this property. I really enjoyed it but one disappointment, the room is advertised as sleeps 3 but the room didn’t sleep 3 without a rollaway bed. It was fine but just wish it had been advertised sleeps two as we would have booked differently.

Great hotel, but some issues

So the hotel is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. The common areas are incredible and the location is the best I've stayed in London, and I've been there a lot. The only downside was that the cleaning services were very inconsistent. For the first few days there were no issues, but towards the end there were several days we came back at 4PM and the room was still not cleaned and someone came and asked if they could clean. We had been out all day and were not in a place to leave the room at that point due to small children so we had to decline and just deal with it. So be very specific with your room cleaning times. Further, there were 3 occasions where I called the front desk and no one answered. The phone would ring for minutes with no response.

There’s a problem staying here, which is that you’re never going to want to stay anywhere else. It is a terrific hotel, kind staff, gorgeous facilities and perfect in every way. I’m coming back to London in a month and don’t know how I will be able to handle not staying here!
