We really enjoyed our stay here, particularly because the location is fantastic. Being right outside Paddington Station made getting around incredibly easy, with excellent transport connections. The neighbourhood itself is lovely with lots of nice restaurants and bars. The flat has a great layout and makes very good use of the space, we were pleasantly surprised by how little street noise there was. The kitchen and bathroom are both well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to messages, which we really appreciated throughout our stay.
There were a few small things that could make this flat even better. It was clean overall, although a deeper clean would be helpful, particularly for the front blind, which was very dusty and we were unable to open or close it. The kitchen is a great space but could benefit from a few more plates, cups and cutlery. As there is a dishwasher, we found ourselves running it after meals to make sure we had enough for the next one. The oven tray could also use a good clean.
The main thing to be aware of is that, as a ground floor flat, there can be some noise from the communal entrance. The front door tended to slam quite loudly, and we could hear people coming up and down the stairs.
Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the flat, especially for its fantastic location, comfortable layout and helpful management. With a few small improvements, it would be an easy five-star stay.
