Very nice hotel! The room was spacious, nicely decorated & very comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. The free breakfast was very good also. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved it!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was beautiful. A little on the pricey side but the breakfast was wonderful as well.

Check in and overnight stay were great. However, when and other guest went down to breakfast the cook was gone and front desk employee was cooking. She was very aggressive and obviously upset she was serving breakfast. A gentlemen asked for 5 eggs and that’s it. The employee refused and the mean left. The coffee maker in my room was dirty and still had the used coffee pouch in the container. Very disappointing to pay the amount I did for a room only to find out a room was really all I was paying for since there was no breakfast to be had. Unfortunately I won’t recommended or stay again.

Breakfast was a bust.

Breakfast was terrible. The quality of the food from the made to order breakfast was subpar, might as well have a microwave on the countertop and allow guest to heat the own food in that.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels and this is among the worst for the cost I've ever stayed at. The bed was all lumps, the pillows were scientifically designed in a lab to be the least comfortable place to put your head, and the sheets had some curious brown dirt marks that I didn't notice until a little too late. All of this pales in comparison however to the real problem of the room; the walls in this hotel are so thin that you can CLEARLY hear anything going on in neighboring rooms. The first night there was a woman who kept us up all night because she had a mild cough, which could be clearly heard the entire night, and the third night the person in the next room was watching TV at what I assume was to them a respectful volume, however it was clear as day that he was watching parks and rec because I could easily understand every word said by every character as the room didn't isolate whatsoever. The uncomfort really sets in when you realize not only can you hear your neighbors but they can hear you. Super awful would NOT recommend.

North KC pet friendly hotel

Visited Kansas City for a family trip to The Rabbit Hole and needed a pet friendly option nearby. We were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations size and comfort as well as the breakfast options. The staff was very friendly and the hotel Was extremely clean and smelled fresh.

Liked decor calm colors and light wood. Fridge and microwave, kitchen type sink and filtered faucet. Big room and a safe in room. Iron, dryer and hangers. Atmosphere was great. Clean. Awesomely Healthy breakfast like over easy eggs, turkey sauage and turkey bacon.sweet potatoes or banana pancakes...made to order like he cooked it infront of u. Only 1 hot meal per guest and he remembered. Infused water different daily. Clean rooms. With plates,silverware cups,sponge and Palmolive soap. Very clean Lobby. Can go to other side hotel they had a different vibe they had a pool table a bar it was a chill pool atmosphere in that one looks like they share an exercise room and pool exercise room with nice and clean all of the amenities you will want like filtered water wipes they had mats ellipticals bike TVs Smith machine benches an dumbells. Leg press lat machine. Big room. *** things i did not like*** =Indoor Pool was cold in winter, it should be warmed. =No hot tub or sauna to excuse cold pool. = fire pit available but never was on. =break able glass in room..(yes i broke 1) =no ice bucket =temperature was or has like motion detection or knows when ur in room such as would set to 75...leave and come back hours later and room is cold and at 68. And then heat would kick on and get warm in like 7 minutes to 75. But other than that we loved staying here.
