      At a glance home is beautiful but not well kept at all for such a large beautiful home on the lake. I provided over 58 messages with pictures with the host regarding the laundry list (too many to even begin to list) of things wrong on day 1. They promised that they would get someone out to the home or contact me. Nothing...follow-up after follow-up but no one call, came by, or addressed anything. It was horrible to have family travel from all over to have such a terrible stay. I received a message on day 2 that I would getting a refund (not my total charge) back on my credit card. However, no one still came out nor called then next day they messaged me to tell me to ignore the message about the refund. I reached out for an explanation and nothing. The refund was absolutely the right thing for them to do but I continued to get the run around. I've never experienced anything like this. I would not recommend this property only because it is not well kept and host was garbage to deal with because of the empty promises.

      Review
      Overall house was ok but no not recommend. When we arrived, housekeeping was still cleaning the house. We had to wait at least 2hrs before we could go in. The AC was also not working when we arrived and tried to turn it on. It took the home rental manager more than 24hrs to get a technician come take a look. Once the technician came, it turned out to be a broken motor in the unit and took him another 2hrs to fix which we understood. We had to tolerate 90 plus degrees in the house for the first and second day. Also in the evening time, no could go outside due to there being a million flies and mosquitoes. There was also a lot of them that came in inside which made it impossible to sleep at night. Do not recommend this place due to issues, location, lack of management, and price.
