The living room is appointed with a pull-out couch, Smart TV with cable, 5pc dining table set, a workstation and air conditioning. Laminate flooring extends throughout and the large slider doors allow the refreshing trade-wind breezes to flow in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including an Air Fryer Toaster Oven and a dishwasher. The bedroom features a king bed that can be split to 2 twin beds, air conditioning, access to the lanai, room-darkening curtains. The bathroom has a renovate shower, and the building has washer and dryer in the parking area. The Tradewinds has limited parking available for free as First Come First Served Basis in the gated parking garage and the building has FOB security to access the elevator and to select the floor for a gated, secure building. This is a private rental and there is no "hotel front desk or lobby" area so we'll plan to meet you in upon arrival to help get you settled in.
