When I first got to the room, I looked for bedbugs or any sign of them. There wasn't any. The room was anything but fancy. The bathroom fixtures were old. Everything about the room was dated. However, the room was clean and everything I needed. I was able to get a good night sleep, a shower, it had a refrigerator, and it was in a very convenient location, and a great price. The cleaning person only came into my room once during my 9-night stay. They do their cleaning after 5 days. But I didn't need much. I was happy with it and I would certainly stay there again. It isn't a 5-star hotel. But that isn't what I needed. All I needed was place to sleep and a place to get clean every day that was in a good location. The staff was all really nice as well. Also, there was a microwave oven in the common area that we could use.

It’s was nice to be close to the beach, washer dryer on site. The kitchen had everything, missing just a crockpot. Pool was small but useful. One thing I wish they would do it’s early check in.

Check in lady was very nice and friendly. The room was dated as whole hotel is but I actually like the less modern atmosphere. Forth floor was fairly quiet and I enjoyed the balcony watching folks passing by.

Great location 2 blocks from beach but the shower tub was backed up, the towels had permanent stains and the room was quite worn (two or three stages past dated). This is great value though and fantastic location and the front desk was helpful. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to rate it higher. This is ideal for short stays or long stays for people on very very tight budgets.

Highly recommend if you are both solo travelling like I did and for families. I recommend you get the unit with a full fridge and kitchen, saves a lot of $$ instead it eating in restaurants
