We always have the best time here! It’s a larger resort with everything you need and right on the beach. I wish they did a bit more for the New Year’s Eve event but there were a ton of things to do and see in walking distance. Once again we had a great time in Hawaii!

This was a really fun place to stay, with all the amenities conveniently located right at the hotel. You can shop, relax, and enjoy the beach without ever needing to leave the property. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance Aloha Kitchen was my favorite, especially for breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!

Overall decent stay. The grounds outside were welll maintained and the bed was comfortable. I do feel like the hotel was lacking some cleanliness in some areas. Carpet was very sandy in hallways and some pieces of the elevators were in rough shape especially where they held the meetings.

Yes the shops be they be restaurant or Apparel were delightful; but our biggest challenge was checking in on a Friday afternoon, I believe check in is at 4:00, and it too us an hour and a half to check in...it was ridiculous how long the line was! From what I understand the "Fire Work Show" on Friday night brings in a lot of people to the hotel not necessarily to stay, but to "hang" for the Fire Work Show. Some type of "heads up" would have been appreciated, my son would have loved to have been i. the pool instead of standing in line! There was no one to explain the wait time.
