IMPORTANT NOTE: The exterior building face and all lanais will be painted, waterproofed and sealed from 02/11/26 - 03/25/26 (tentative). No work on weekends or holidays. General construction hours are 8 am - 4 pm. These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions. During this time, the lanai will be inaccessible. The sliding glass door will be locked from the outside until the entire stack is completed. Daily rates have been adjusted for the inconvenience. Spalling repair is currently ongoing on the other side of the Ilikai Marina building. Construction noise intensity, frequency and duration are variable and cannot be predicted. SECURITY: Available 24 hours (on-site).
LAUNDRY: Located on the 8th floor. Hours are 6am to 10pm daily. Payment via credit card and PayRange app.
MANAGEMENT ACCESS: The building occasionally requires entrance to units for routine pest control/maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). The schedule is set by building maintenance. The choice to be present or not is yours. Owner/Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs. You will be notified of any maintenance/repairs being done during your stay.
Please keep in mind that this building (Ilikai Marina) contains condos that are privately owned. This is not a hotel. There is no pool or extra amenities on-site.

The host and amenities were awesome. There was a lot of construction noise as they must’ve been remodeling somewhere. The condo itself is awesome and location ideal. But only give it four stars due to the construction noise, which was pretty irritating and loud.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, perfect size space for our party of three. The kitchen had all we needed to easily make a few meals during our stay. I also liked that the bedroom space could be closed off completely at night to create a truly separate space. There is a paid parking garage on the back side of the building which has both hourly and over night passes avaliable for up to 5 days at time. This is handy if you rent a car during your stay as parking can be tricky at times in Waikiki. The host were amazing too, they made sure from start to end that our stay was as good as it could be. They keep us informed of all building work or noise that might disrupt our stay and they were always a quick text away if we had any issues or questions. They even left a lovely welcome basket with few treats and a guide of basic condo info and things in the area. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a longer stay. It’s close to Ala Moana center and the pick-up locations for a day tour stuff since it’s located right in front of the harbor. The host was very responsive. I’d definitely book this place again.

Great Vacation
The property was great, a little sketchy at times but for the most part good. The directions to get there could use some work, we had to ask several people where to go before finding our spot. I couldnt find the name of the actual place."Ilikai Marina" anywhere in my email. But the actual apartment was nice and clean and comfortable, it was a great place to call home for a week!!!

Waikiki Getaway
Perfect location and atmosphere for a 4 day getaway. The condo is perfect in every way. Very comfortable and had everything you need. Easy walk ability to everything Waikiki and also easy access to leave downtown to other parts of the island. The host is also very attentive and has thought of everything to make the stay easy.
